Opening the Runway for Every Participant

Bridge2Aero, Inc. introduces youth and young adults to aerospace / aviation career pathways through hands-on learning, mentorship, STEM exploration, and direct exposure to aerospace / aviation professionals and industry environments.

We believe the path to a career in the sky should be accessible — not gatekept. Our programs are designed to meet participants where they are: in schools, community centers, and second-chance settings.

What We Do

Engineering & Design

Aerospace / Aviation engineers, avionics designers, systems integrators, materials specialists, CAD/CAM technicians.

Typical pathway: BS or MS in aerospace / aviation, mechanical, electrical, or software engineering; internships with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

Job Family

Manufacturing & Maintenance

A&P mechanics, avionics technicians, composite fabricators, quality inspectors, MRO specialists.

Typical pathway: FAA Part 147 A&P school (24 months) or military maintenance training; apprenticeships at airlines, MRO shops, and manufacturers.

Job Family

Flight Operations

Commercial and corporate pilots, flight instructors, dispatchers, cabin crew, drone/UAS operators, air traffic controllers.

Typical pathway: Part 141/61 flight training and FAA ratings; ATC via FAA Academy; ground school and simulator hours built from Day One at Bridge2Aero.

Job Family

Airport/Grounds Management

Airport operations managers, ramp and gate agents, ground service equipment technicians, TSA and airfield safety officers, logistics coordinators.

Typical pathway: aerospace / aviation management degrees, AAAE certifications, on-the-job training at commercial and general-aviation airports.
